1. Why should I stake with your pool?

We value our stakers and aim to provide the best staking experience in the crypto space. Our pool is packed with features, including the ability for you to fully customize your payout preferences. We also offer dedicated support and have a robust notification system to ensure any pool issues are addressed immediately. Our goal is to make staking smooth, secure, and maximize your rewards.

2. How often are rewards distributed?

By default, rewards are distributed twice a day around 0:00 AM and 12:00 PM (UTC). However, you can customize your payout schedule in your user settings.

3. What are the fees for using this staking pool?

Our base fee is 5%, which we promise to never increase. This fee is used to cover our operational costs. The longer and more you stake with us, the lower your fee becomes. You can view your current fee and stats on your dashboard.

4. Is there a minimum amount required to start staking?

Yes, to join the pool, a minimum of 100 NIM is required.

5. How do I start staking with your pool?

To start, you need to select our pool in the Nimiq wallet and initiate the on-chain staking contract with our validator. Once you’ve completed the setup, your stake will be active in the next epoch, and you can track your rewards on your account dashboard.

6. How are rewards calculated?

Rewards are based on the total staked amount within each epoch. The more NIM you contribute, the larger your share of the rewards.

7. Can I withdraw my staked NIM anytime?

Yes, you can withdraw your staked NIM at any time. However, depending on the timing, your withdrawal may take effect in the next epoch.

8. What happens if I miss an epoch?

If you miss an epoch, your staked amount won’t participate in that cycle. However, it will be automatically added in the next epoch once your stake is active.

9. Is staking with your pool secure?

The staking process is done on-chain, which ensures transparency and security. The only risk is if the validator acts maliciously, which could result in a portion of staked coins being slashed. We take every measure to maintain high standards and protect your stake.

10. Why does the website only display whole NIM, and are fractions of NIM paid out?

Although the website displays only whole NIM, fractional rewards are still calculated and paid out. Your rewards include fractions of NIM, even if they aren’t shown in the display, ensuring you receive the full amount you’re entitled to.
